Leaking injectors R32 GTS-t RB20DET

 

 

Alright, so my car started to have a weird petrol smell about it, I jacked the car up and checked out the fuel lines for leaks, no leaks! Then I checked the exhaust to make sure it wasn't a gasket or something but it was all good. The smell was coming from the drivers side of the engine and upon inspection I saw that two of my injectors were leaking, just take it to an EFI place and get them replaced right? easy fix! well, no, not really!

Turns out they don't make standard injectors for the rb20 anymore, I couldn't find any, the mechanics near my house didn't want to have anything to do with my skyline, WTF!!! The only injectors I could find were second hand, and whose to say they won't start leaking when I put them in!!! After a lot of research here's my solution ----> replace the injectors with R34 GTR injectors, replace computer with power fc so I can tune the engine so that it won't run rich with the new injectors, plus tweak afew things here and there, so, not a cheap fix, if your injectors are leaking..... your options are limited!!!

Writers Journey

Apart from working, gaming and all the other things I do with my time, I'm writing a high fantasy novel of epic proportions!!!!
It's set in a completely original world, I've avoided many fantasy clichés like elves and dwarves and
having a dark lord with his minions, no-one's saving the world, rescuing a princess in distress or any of the other typical shit you find in the genre, it's simply an action packed gore-violence adventure fest with mostly female protagonists, it's also full of philosophy and morals too, oh, and none of the characters cry when they kill someone, shit I hate reading about some 'apparently badass warrior' that kills someone then cries themselves to sleep like a little bitch. The novel is in early days so I won't be giving too much away now.... but here's some progress vids, stay tuned for more!!!
